What this site collects

The site has no user accounts or contact forms. It stores your theme choice and your analytics choice in your browser so those preferences can be remembered.

The infrastructure that delivers the site may process standard technical log data: your IP address, browser or user-agent, requested page, and the date and time of the request.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is off by default. Its script is not requested, and it does not set analytics cookies, unless you select Allow analytics.

If you allow analytics, we collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, referring page, and selected interactions. Those interactions include contact intent and the activation or completion of the hidden Noclip experience. We do not send your email address, message content, or other form data to Google Analytics.

We use this information to understand whether the site is useful and where it can be improved. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled.

Google Analytics may set cookies beginning with _ga for up to six months. Analytics event and user data are configured to be kept for two months. Your choice is stored locally under lmrth-analytics-consent-v1 until you change it or clear your browser storage.

You can withdraw or grant consent at any time. Withdrawing consent disables further collection and removes analytics cookies available to this site.

Why essential technical data is processed

Technical data is used only to deliver the website, maintain security, diagnose faults, and prevent abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

When you email us

If you write to hello@lmrth.com, we process your email address, message, and anything you choose to include so we can respond and conduct business.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, or our legitimate interest in managing business communications under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Providers and transfers

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Google provides Firebase Hosting, Google Analytics, and our business email service. Google Analytics data is processed by Google Ireland Limited when you consent. Provider access is limited to what those services require.

If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an appropriate GDPR transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

How long data is kept

Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for operation and security, subject to our infrastructure providers’ configuration. Email correspondence is kept while it remains relevant, or longer where legal or record-keeping obligations require it.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in GDPR, you may ask us to:

• access or correct your personal data;
• erase or restrict its processing;
• provide portable data where applicable; or
• object to processing based on legitimate interests.
